WHAT ARE THE
drip BASICS?

LEARNING THE 7 basics

Drip basics, it's a course free learning, during which you will learn to master each of the 7 bases from our studios.

30min to attend each workshop with a coach. You will learn to adjust your equipment cardio (e.g. how to adjust the resistance, adjust your seat)

But also the movement technique basics (e.g. squats, push ups, kettlebell swing, etc.).

You will then pass in front of the screens of each base in order to learn how to read the instructions videos (e.g. partner repetitions, exercise divided into 2x30sec)

MEDICINE BALL

No no it's not a walk in the park, we're here to sweat !

Of many exercises are possible thanks to the Medicine Ball: squat, core, press… and many others that will end up pleasing you (promised) ! It's the ally ideal to work coordination, balance And strength.

Cardio

Here we developed our cardio only by body weight, in particular thanks to your favorite exercises : mountain climber, jumping jacks, squat jump, burpees, etc.

Yes we know, if burpees had a Twitter account, he would be elected account with the most haters… And yet, thanks to them, we work on our cardio and we burn lots of fat ! Enough to make us want to love them (or not)…

DUMBBELL

In DRIP Studio, no bloating… Promised! We’ll know how to be creative with several varied exercises with the Dumbbell.

PS: it's just a complicated and stylish name to talk about...a dumbbell

You will be able to build muscle over your whole body in a balanced way. Best way to make us love hating this base 😉

KETTLEBELL

A heavy weight with a handle? It's way better than carrying your shopping bags! 

Develop your endurance, your cardio and your strength thanks to the Kettlebell! It is an all-in-one tool that you will surely hate at first glance and finally find (or not) some small qualities

ASSAULT BIKE

McGregor once said "I prefer 45 minutes of UFC fighting to 2 minutes ofAssault Bike ". Don't worry! Here, there will only be1 minute, which is more than enough to to strenghten the cwhole body

Come on as far as possible while pedalingon the spot

BODYWEIGHT

In this area, you will have something to awaken your child's soul… elastics, blazepods, TRX, etc. Lots of toys that will improve you cardio, speed And agility in a fun way! 

The little extra : you won't need to put them away like in your child's bedroom 😉
